Go to the Till app and tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen
- Enter your email address
- A link to reset your password will be sent to your email address
- Click the link and enter a new password - new password (must be 12 characters long, include a lowercase character, an uppercase character, a number, and a special character (!#@) and then verify the new password by entering it a second time.
- Return to the app and log in with your new password
