Unfortunately, if you don’t see your bank listed, it is not compatible with Plaid at this time. Plaid is the service we use to link your external accounts securely.
If your bank is not compatible, we suggest sending a manual ACH transfer directly from your external bank. Most banks offer this option via their mobile app or desktop log-in portal. You will need your Till account and routing numbers to send a transfer. To locate your Till account information, select the Add Money option on your home screen and then Manual bank transfer.
