There could be several reasons why your kid’s card was declined. Here are the most common things you can check:
- Your kid had insufficient available funds in their Spend Balance for the transaction.
- You’ve recently ordered a replacement card for your kid because their old card was damaged and the new card hasn’t been activated yet.
- Your kid was using an ATM, but either neglected to set their PIN or was entering the incorrect PIN.
