When you add a kid to your family in Till, there is a toggle switch that is defaulted to “Send physical debit card.”
If you toggled this switch to the “off” position when you added kid(s) to your family, follow the steps below to request a physical card:
- Tap the name of the kid you want to request a physical card for
- Tap the yellow Request Physical Card banner and review the address information. If the address is correct, tap Request New Card.*
- Please note that the physical card will be sent out once you initiate a transfer to your Parent Wallet account.
The card will be ordered and arrive in 7-10 business days.
*If the address on file is incorrect, contact customer support with your address change, and we’ll provide further instructions.
When the card arrives, you or your kid need to activate it in the app. You can activate the card via the Manage Card settings.
Remember that a virtual card will be issued once your kid has been added to your family account, and can be used for online purchases and through your mobile wallet (must be 13) while you and your kid wait for the physical card to arrive in the mail. 💳 📬
