To become a designated family account owner and set up your Till family, you will be responsible for verifying your identity.
If you’ve already signed up and created a profile, follow the instructions below (If you haven’t completed sign up yet, we recommend that you review how Family Roles work to help you figure out how best to approach the Sign Up process.).
You can add more kid(s) by entering their name and date of birth. If you enter a phone number or email address for them, they will be invited to join the app and use all of Till’s features to help them learn how to manage money. If they don’t have a phone number or email address, you can still get them a Till debit card and manage their experience using your parent app.
To add other family members, head over to your Dashboard and tap Add family members. Here you can choose between adding more kids, an Admin or Community Members. Not sure which family role makes sense for you and your family? Check out Family Roles.
Each invited user will receive a text message or email (depending on which method you select) with an invite code and link to download the Till app. If you don’t enter a phone number or email for your kid, they will not have access to the app. Don’t worry, you can invite them at any time!
When you’re back on your dashboard, you’ll see your pending invites. If you made a mistake and need to revoke an invite, tap the trashcan icon at the top right corner of the pending invite to delete it.
